About Us
ALLE Ambassadors
A.L.L.E. (Act, Listen, Lift-up, Encourage), is a cohort of High School Junior and Senior students.
The students who apply and are selected to be part of ALLE Ambassadors will learn how to be an Upstander leader in their community and school by learning how to safely and correctly help those in need.
ALLE Ambassadors will be taught how to Act, Listen, lift up, and Encourage others, in different situations.
An Upstander witnesses a behavior that could lead to something high-risk or harmful and makes the choice to intervene to make things better.
What you gain from being an ALLE Ambassador
The program challenges and sustains youth in developing the following:

The ability to provide practical and ethical advice and action through an Upstander thought process.

Increased awareness of, and appreciation for, the underdog

The ability and desire to serve others, both now and in the future.

A strong bond with a diverse network of peers from all over Chattanooga
